Fifteen years in operations teaches you to see the gap. In hospitality and then construction, I watched the same pattern everywhere: everyone knew which parts were broken, and almost nobody was paid to fix them. The tools existed. The translation didn't.

That's what I do now. I map how a business actually runs, build AI that fits it, and hand it back to the people who'll live with it. The job is done when your team can run it, change it, and explain it without me in the room.

Capability is the deliverable. Everything else is just software.
